Stopped working, please help!

I got everything running good on my mobile joomla site. It ran for several weeks, but all of a sudden, it stopped. Now, I just get the main version of the site, not the mobile version. I don't think anything has changed, but maybe someone messed with redirects or something.

Any ideas? I've checked all the settings, and everything looks fine. I can't seem to find anything that has changed.

I am using subdomains:
iphone.visitbigbend.com/

I reinstalled the component, but still no mobile template being served.

ok, I got it working, here's what I did:

complete uninstall
Installed version 0.9.9
upgraded to 0.9.12

If I do a complete uninstall, then install 0.9.12, it won't work.
