Can't Install it Get 500 Internal Server Error

I cant get the latest version of this to work. I keep getting the 500 Server Internal Error.

Please poke your Apache error logs for related information. 500 Internal Server error is usually Apache error meaning that your Apache set-up is not functional.

500 Server Internal Error itself does not tell anything and you must have sysadmin skills to extract the error message from your hosting.
