Keeps getting Tera WURFL error installing mobilejoomla

Hello,

I keep getting error installing mobile-joomla in my hosting server. I don't have the same problem when installing on localhost.

Cannot download TeraWURFL database
TeraWURFL will be disabled.

I'm confused what might cause this to happen?
