How to set menu

I'm trying to experiment with MJ on a test install.

magnethead794.com/jatc_teline_iii_v2/

Using safari in iphone user agent (developer mode).

On the main page, We want the menu to be same as the desktop site, with all categories of news on front page. Basically, condense JA-News-2 into a mobile screen.

With sample data, MJ shows the "Main Menu" -> Home, Typography, The News, Joomla! License, FAQ, and 10 things to know.

We want it to have the magazine -> Home, World, Technology, Entertainment, Health, Life and Style, Travel, Artist, Sport, as well as the subcategories.

Website we'll be installing on: www.theshorthorn.com

Basically, this is what we want...

www.theshorthorn.com/mobile_joomla.jpg

Notice that we want the email/pdf/ect bars removed (can I do this via a file edit?), and only want the 4 top stories from the rotator (which is Joomla's integral frontpage display). I would like to think this would not be hard to do.

also, the pagination at the bottom of the mobile screen seems to have a bad formatting. Since we only want the 4 stories on the front page, it should go away, but I'd like to have it fixed for all of the categories and sub-cat's as well.

Last, the breadcrumbs could use some help, but I figure I can do that through a file edit?

Is this possible?

Thanks
