Pre-sales question... How to ADD ads at bottom?

Hi my client doesn't want the support ads at the bottom, is there any way to turn that off?  I see that there's a plugin to remove support ads but I don't see how easy to add the ads... my client wants his own ads at the bottom... Do you offer both in an extension for one price? Thanks much... d.
