New User Problem

I performed the basic install as per a video I found at OST and the first time I looked at the site on my Iphone I definitely got the mobile software but all I got was a ad banner at the top and blank page. I checked the options and I got the same thing. I did have a menu saying mobile and standard. I clicked the standard option and I got my original site. Now every time I go to my site on the iphone I only get the standard site.

Anyone have a idea what I did wrong? I am not using a godaddy host.
