Error while installing Mobile Joomla, Joomla Version 1.5.14

I was install Mobile Joomla, Joomla version, but there are error messages are listed below, "JFile::read: Unable to open file: 'C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\rumahdekor\tmp/gzip4e44149a744d8'

Try to unpack it to Joomla’s tmp directory and do install from the directory.

I am also having the same problem. I unpacked Mobile-Joomla.1.0-RC.tar.gz tp Mobile-Joomla.1.0-RC.tar and ftped it to the temporary directory. I tried entering URL in Install/Unistall area but "There was an error uploading this file to the server."

If I move the file Joomla.1.0-RC.tar to the tmp directory how do I install it if I do not have unix access?

After unpacking tar, i have all folders and files. Assume I just upload them? Where to?

E.g. to <joomla-path>/tmp/mj

Sorry for so many questions but then what? After I upload to <joomla-path>/tmp/mj/, how do I start the install?

Use "Install from Directory" installation method. Usually "Install directory" field is filled with path to <joomla-path>/tmp, so it's sufficient to just append "/mj" to get correct path.
