I have this repeated 4 times

and my web page has a error and wont load normally on the PC
I have disabled the mobile joomla to get the page working again but would like to know what I need to fix for this extension to work.
Can some one shed some light please

sorry also forgot to say I have this message as well
/ administrator / components / com_mobilejoomla / config.php is : Unwriteable

Did you have warnings or errors during MobileJoomla install?
