i can't install joomla mobile

hi i've downloaded the new cersion of joomla mobile,i followed all the instructions but got blocked with a blank screen during installation:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\mobile.shadow-webdesign.com\libraries\joomla\filesystem\archive\tar.php on line 145.

i've installed a new version of wamp server,the write permissions are all sets but still need your support guys thanks!

Just increase max_execution_time value in php.ini and restart apache.
