Installation Help Needed - Joomla & Godaddy

OK. I have tried and tried, and i cannot get this to work.

Let me give you a little bit of background.
- I installed a joomla template and it actually displayed in mobile devices perfectly (iphones and droids)
- I modified the template to include more space in the headers, added a search box, and what not, and next thing I know, the mobile device view is all out of wack. Check it out for yourself from your mobile device www.sbtechonline.com

- I figured mobile joomla would be a good solution, to create a true mobile web. But I am having the worst time installing this.

Here is what I have done so far:
Downloaded the new version RC3.tar.gz - I tried installing that, and I got:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

I de-compressed the .tar.gz file contents and re-compressed as .zip - Same error

I moved the tera_dump.sql into the root directory, try reinstall with the .zip - Same error
Do I have to take the tera_dump.sql file out of the installation package?
Am I missing something? I saw some of the pre-req and I have not idea how to install some of that stuff in the server.

Help please! If you think my problem is within the changes I made to the template, would you please send me a PM and let me pick your brain and see if I can fix that, rather than going with the full mobile. I liked the site as a regular page on the mobile devices, before it was all wacked.

Thanks,

Aitor

Try to do the following things:
1. Unpack MobileJoomla-1.0RC3.tar.gz to <path-to-joomla-root>/tmp/mj
2. Put unpacked tera_dump.sql to the root and remove source <path-to-joomla-root>/tmp/mj/packages/plugins/terawurfl/tera_dump.sql.bz2 file
3. Use "Install from Directory" method (the path should be <path-to-joomla-root>/tmp/mj)

Unfortunately your advice does not work.
I am using joomla 1.5.x. I am trying to install in my local folder, i.e. c:\xampp\htdocs\site_name\tmp\mj
