Menu configuration - new site

I would like to add mobile Joomla to custom design site - www.poker-wizards.com. I am not sure which menu will be presented at the home page in the mobile Version. It is the top menu or the main menu? will it present the links on my side bar?  Can I customize a different home page to every mobile without sub-domains?

It's you choose what menu should be shown (in settings of mobile menu module). Also you can publish as many menu modules as you like. Mobile homepages work without subdomains too.

How do I change the menu that I want to present for mobile user? Mobile Joomla chose my Main Manu by default an I do not know how to change it. 

MJ installs 4 instances of Mobile Menu module, just set displayed menu in its settings.
