Installation error

I am getting this message after installation..

Database error: ALTER command denied to user 'v11008'@'localhost' for table 'jos_TeraWurflIndex' SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_TeraWurflIndex` DISABLE KEYS

can someone help me with this problem

What hosting do you use? Ask him to grant you rights to run ALTER command (it's safe, and it's widely used by many extensions updaters).
