page anchor

Hi, i would like to create a page anchor, so if i click a link at the top of the page it links to the bottom menus for easier navigation, how can i do this for iphone template ? Its the same style at the iplayer mobile site with the categories menu at the top.

is there any help for this as there seems to be no other way of putting a multi/horizontal menu at the top of each page. The main menu is at the bottom of each page so i just need a link to point it there. Anchors seem like the only option? any ideas

Not sure if it helps but the position of the menu is a drop down so you can put it at different positions in the template.
extensions > module manager > (Main Menu ) details > position
Apart from that all I can think of is two articles with HTML code in them. Top article and bottom article with each end of the link.
