Joomla menu alias don't work on mobile

My main menu has a few joomla menu aliases in it and the alias links generate a page not found in the mobile version but work fine for desktop version. Does that mean Joomla menu aliases don't work for mobile joomla?

MJ doesn't affect Joomla's menu processing. What is URL of your site?

I have the same problem, any menu item that is a menu alias returns 404 page on mobile version but works fine on desktop version.

404 urls look like:

domain.com/index.php?Itemid=482&option=  (with 482 being the id of the menu item)

J! 1.5.25, Core SEF, rewrite on, no url suffixs used.

The issue with menu items of alias type was fixed in MJ 1.0 Stable (actually, it was fixed in RC6, but I recommend to update to stable release).
