iphone subdomain

Hi - I've downloaded MJ. What are the pros and cons on creating an iphone subdomain? Do I need to do this for it to work on the iphone? Thanks for the help in advance

If your hosting is able to install Terawurlf database (installed automatically by MJ) there is no need for iPhone domain, but iPhone version is displayed by user agent detection.

So...if you do have the Terawurlf database installed then the setup as described in the OS Training video is not necessary? I followed that and am stuck at why I just get the directory listing for that subdomain.

answering own questions...yes, the steps demonstrated in the OS Training video are not necessary if you have the Terawurlf database. I shut off the multiple domains feature and the iPhone domain and it works fine. Then I went back and deleted the subdomain I created.
