Which is the best way to use MJ: with or without subdomains?

Hi i want to know which is the best recomendation for using MJ, creating subdomains or not?

And if i use subdomains, do i have to copy all my domain site to each of the 4 subdomains, or do i only need to redirect or refresh each index to the domain?
