When clicking menuitem, the default page just keeps showing

I've installed the RC5, and it is looking extremely promising, the site is based on J1.7.3

The redirects works perfectly, I can switch to mobile version and back, the module positions works perfectly.
I can log in to my site, and it works like a charm.

The problem is that when I click any of my menu items on the mobile phone (SE Arc) it just reloads the page, and shows the menu to be clicked, but the content below does not change, it just shows the default page.

I've set caching to off in the component, for both site and browser.
I've set 'Show component on Home page' to yes.

I would also like to hide my 'page peel' plugin for the mobile site, how do I do that?

I am having the same problem. Using the same versions. Only tested with iphone 4s.

edit: after installation, I got 2 messages (translated from NL, don't know the exact EN text):
- Intallation succesful
- JInstaller: Install: Could not find a XML settings (configuration?) file.

Maybe it's related?

After testing a bit further, I can't login with the CB login module, but I can login with Joomla login.

HTC Desire shows the correct pages when testing,
SonyEricsson Arc (LT15) does not, it just keeps showing the front page.

The mobile emulator on www.mobilephoneemulator.com/ does not show the correct page either.

I'm a bit worried about the lack of response on this issue.

It's rendering the component useless, and just annoyes our users.

I have this problem too. Also sometimes a different menu item loads and I can't get off that page either.

Joomla 2.5.3
MJ 1.0.1
I only was testing on Android phone. No Apple products to try.

I messed with the settings for over an hour and it is just not making any sense.

I'm pretty sure it's the joomla cache acting up.
I've made it work much better after deactivating the cache.

I am only using the cache plugin, which is probably what you are talking about. I really hope if that's it something can be done. The cache plugin for Joomla is extremely useful.

The update to 1.0.2 has fixed my problem with my site. This is a very well supported extension, obviously by the quick response and update time.

Thank you for this.
