Horizontal Button vs txt menu

On some platforms, I see the button with arrow as the menu and on the iphone emulator and iphone user agent in firefox I see the text menu. (earlier this afternoon I saw the menu buttons with arrows but they are gone now) On the ipad and android phone, I see the buttons with arrows.

I also see I am missing the back Site TItle home button at the top.

I only have one mobile menu and its set to the mj_all_middle position.

What do I change to consistently see the menu as the buttons with arrows on them.

What User-Agent did you use to test?
I always get iphone template with correct iPhone user agent.

If you want admin access, this is just a test site that I was trying out our mobile joomla, I can pm you that.

I've tested in FF and got iPhone version. Try to clear cookies in your browser (maybe you tested mobile xhtml version before iphone).
