Standard Version link not working

Hello,
First, product is great! Installed and working as expected with one issue.

The Standard Version link in the footer of mobile site is not working on the iPhone and DROIDX (only tested on these 2 devices). When clicking on the Standard Version link on mobile version, it seems to just reload the current page.
user agent info:
DROIDX:

Do you use latest (0.9.9) version of Mobile Joomla?

I am having the same problem with my brand new installation. I have version 0.9.9, tried it on both iPhone 4 and Motorola Droid (original). Clicking the Standard link just refreshes the Mobile version.

Check "Desktop URL" parameter, is it correct?

what should that parameter be?

I have "www.idline.com/" in that parameter. For my site, that is correct.

My site has these "mobile" plugins:
Mobile - Simple
Mobile - TeraWURFL
Mobile - Always
Mobile - Domains
Mobile Joomla Plugin

Are all of these plugins required? quite a while ago I was experimenting with various mobile components, so I'm not sure which belong to Mobile Joomla. Perhaps one of them is causing a conflict?

When I update the "Desktop URL" parameter with "www.dbrbuilders.com" and then click on the "standard version" link, I get a search results page that states, "Sorry, we can't find "www.dbrbuilder.comindex2.php" we suggest that you check the spelling..."

For some reason "index2.php" is being concatenated to the end of my desktop url parameter. Do you know why this would be happening?

I'm kind of a bind, my client is very anxious to get this first version of his mobile site functioning.
I really appreciate your help!
