Problem with captch code - not displayed in the right location

Hi, I have installed the comonent and everything is working fine. On one particular page we have a form generated by Smartformer Gold. When you go to the details page to submit the form the Captcha code is not located in the right location please see here www.competencytraining.com.au/courses/course-calendar choose a date from the dropdown menus and you will be redirected to the detail page.

Any suggestions would be much appriciated,
