User agent switching on desktop browser doesn't change template

Hi everybody,

Having an issue when I installed mobile joomla on my site and then I used a user agent switcher in my browser (tried in firefox and chrome) to see the mobile template version of the site but it doesn't switch. I know the user agent switcher is working because if I go to other sites it loads the mobile template of that site. Does anybody know why mobile joomla isn't loading the mobile templates in the desktop browser when I change the user agent to something like iphone?

MJ saves mobile mode in cookies, so clear cookies each time you change UA string.

Ok didn't know that good information however I just visited the site the first time and tried to the user agent switch and it didn't work for some reason. The only way I can get the mobile site templates to display in the desktop browser is by placing ?device=iphone at the end of the URL. Using a plugin for firefox or chrome doesn't work for this like "User Agent Switcher" for either browser. Any ideas on why that would happen?
