Fail to install on 100webspace server

is there any one who can explain why when i install this program on a 100webspace.com (bannerless) server .. 5 - 10 mins after my whole website collapse starting from my article section? front end then my main page last then attact my back end ...? ... it works perfecty on other servers! ..,. no errors...
