Set a page to not automatically us mobile joomla

I have a custom app I created for iphones/ipods/ipads. I need to pull in content from a joomla page to display information within my app.

No matter what I do, even if I iframe my joomla page into a straight html page, the device pulls in the mobile site and not my content. Is there any way to set a specific page or menu item on my site to not automatically display as the mobile site?
