Incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla on localhost joomla 1.5.26

why my site mobile always show an Incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla on localhost pc with joomla 1.5.26 ?

i write for domain : localhost:666/joomla
&
subdomain
for smartphone : m.localhost:666/joomla

this is right for domain ?
