Different template for each subdomain

I'm wondering if there is a way to have different templates (meaning different versions of the same iphone template, not the different iphone/smartphone ones) for each individual subdomain. Since we're working with different brands this would mean that for brand.site.com the template looks different than for brand2.site.com. Normally this can be done by using the "assign" function in the template manager, but since this doesnt work in Mobile Joomla, I'm stumped.

Anyone knows how to do this?
