Query if mobile site should be loaded.

Hi,

is it possible to get a query before loading mobile page?

Mobile devices should get a kind of a popup which says something like :

Do you want to go to the mobile page? If you hit yes - mobile page is loaded. If you hit no the desktop version is loaded....
