Installation Questions Pt 2

I have been running 0.8.0 for some time. It has been great. I have tried to upgrade to 0.8.1, 0.8.2 and 0.9.0. I get the same problems with all packages. My upload_max_filesize is only 2M and I am trying to get my host to increase the size. Since all three packages behave the same I am wondering if my lack of Joomla knowledge is causing me to make a simple mistake?

I increased my upload_max_filesize to 10M and now I have 0.9.0 installed and working perfectly. Thank you!
