There are a number of threads regarding installation issues and this is what I've doscovered.
It appears that this component just doesn't install perfectly, and I think the errors are being suppressed on those servers where no install issue happens.
I've installed the component on 6 different hosts and some install no problems but others refuse to
I have had to manually rename defconfig.php to config.php in order to get the settings of the component to work once installed as well.
