Error 500 while uploading

I can´t install this nice Component. Always Error 500!

I tried the ftp-upload in the tmp folder, unzipped it, but the same error500.

I've the same problem.

I discovered the moduls, plugins and templates are installed nevertheless. But I also get Error 500 all the time. In the tmp folder it might be installed several times and it changes the look of my template to ugly (changed fonts)
