I have tried installing 0.9.5 on three sites. Failed on all three. All are running joomla 1.5.20.
What means "failed"? What error it says (or what is in error_log in the case of blank screen)?
Try to download www.mobilejoomla.com/tera_dump_095.sql, put it into site root (where configuration.php is placed), and reinstall MobileJoomla.
I get this error:
Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/uninstall.mobilejoomla.php on line 436
Warning: fopen(www.mobilejoomla.com/tera_dump_095.sql) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/uninstall.mobilejoomla.php on line 436

Dont know if this is the real problem but a tips.
I think you should check with your web host support. This seems to be a problem server setting config problem URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration. Send them a support ticket and check..

ssnobben, it's quite normal situation when url-access is disabled for security reason.
Workaround here is to unpack tera_dump.sql.bz2 to root of your site (or to download www.mobilejoomla.com/tera_dump_095.sql and put it to the root of site) and then reinstall MobileJoomla.
