Verizon Mobile Web Detection

I am having trouble viewing the mobile version of our website using Verizon Mobile Web. It says in the following PDF from Verizon that it will show the user agent as Mozilla for its "Optimized View" and that is why the full site keeps coming up instead of the mobile version. What would I need to change to have the mobile site come up when a Verizon Mobile Web phone visits our site?

After downloading and installing version 0.9.6 today I am now able to bring up our mobile site on a Verizon Mobile Web phone. Thank you.
