Problems to instal 0.9.12 Mobile Joomla

Hi guys..
i have one problem..
i cant install the Mobile Joomla 0.9.12 ..
this message show on the web adminstrator site

what is this ?

Most likely it means that Joomla cannot unpack MobileJoomla archive.
First of all, test that Joomla is able to install any other extension.
Also you can try to manually unpack MobileJoomla into C:\wamp\www\IEBV-project\tmp\mj and use "Install rom directory" method.
