Hello m@rco,
You could as well use FTP for your installation.
Just use the 'Install from Directory' part of the installation, and point to your uploaded package.

Already tried that
Gives this error

JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
JFTP::chmod: Bad response
component Installeer: Aanmaken map mislukt.: "/volume1/web/marcoheijkoop.nl/components/com_mobilejoomla"

If i use the FTP settings inside Joomla i get this error

JFTP::store: Bad response
Waarschuwing! - Verplaatsen bestand mislukt.

So i have to create directory myself.
Can you tell me what for directories i need to create and where to put the files?

Best Regards

It seems to be that your server prevents Joomla! to perform FTP operations required for deploying the package.
Unfortunately, the folder tree structure of MobileJoomla! is a bit more than just one folder. Good news is you could install it locally just to see how files are distributed among Joomla! instance or take a look at mobilejoomla.xml and observe relative paths of files among instance (latter seems easier), if you'd find to mimic it.
Bad news is moving files is not the only part, but you'd also be required to execute the installation script manually. For being specific, installation script is marked in the mobilejoomla.xml as the <installfile> item, in which joomla runs the com_install function.
Hope this helps.
Good luck with that one

HI Kunter,

Got it working. I need to change a setting on the NAS and installing was no problem.
Even the updating of WURFL worked perfect.
I needed to change the Webshare setting of the NAS.
Thats a extra program that i installed on the NAS.
Its called Webshare Enable
It was made by www.mertymade.com/syno/
There you can find more usefull programs for a Synology NAS.
Hope this helps other people
