"Update available - No updates available" ?

I just installed the latest version of this plug-in. I'm using Joomla 1.5

When I go to the component page, it reads "Update available" in a large yellow box with a red border (rounded edges).

Underneath this box, it reads "No updates available Mobile Joomla! is up-to-date".


I am using the latest version, just downloaded and installed it about two hours ago. Can I deactivate this message which reads that there's an update?

Most likely MobileJoomla has problem reading administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/mobilejoomla.xml to determine its version. Check existence and permission of this file.

I just checked that directory, there is no file titled 'mobilejoomla.xml'.

I looked in the file titled 'mobilejoomla.class.php' and it reads 'version 0.9.12'. I set the permissions of that to 777 (just to see what would happen). No change.

It means that MJ is incorrectly installed and should be reinstalled (otherwise mobilejoomla.xml were in that place)
