Absence of images means that they are disabled in MJ settings for corresponding mobile version.

Excellent component --great work! ...but I have the same problem -- not showing images. I get a box with a question mark in it where images are supposed to be.

I do not know how to enable images in iPhone section of component.

Thank you for your help.

Response from your server for one of the images:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /components/com_attachments/media/icons/pdf.gif on this server.

The same 403 error comes from other images url. Looks like you have check for referrer on your server.

I set permissions to 777 and did not help. I asked hosting company for advice about "check for referrer" as I do not know what that means.

Thank you for looking into this problem.

I will look into that some more when my computer consultant comes next.

I have a couple sites where I have installed Mobile Joomla and no images display with my iPod. They are not showing up as broken, they are not showing up at all.

File permissions are set to 644 ( find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \; )
Directories to 755 ( find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \; )

In the Mobile Joomla iPhone settings Image adaptation method is set to "Rescale if bigger"

Use style to force image size = No

I'm not sure what else to configure.

bobmeetin, what is url of your site and what is value of Desktop URL setting?

My baaad. The logo wasn't displaying as an image because I had changed the site default template and thus it had no background image to display. There were some site modules with images but those of course were not getting picked up by the mobile template positions.
