Can't Download WURFL

In the pop up that appears the top bar gets to 815kb then says error cant download file and the bottom bar get to practically nothing and says it cant download.

eta: Windows XP, Firefox browser, joomla 1.5.15

Same problem here ..... download gets to 810Kb and presents error "Error cannot download file"
Mac OS 10.6.2 using Chrome. Joomla 10.5.15

Be sure your server php.ini settings are ok and URL_Fopen is enabled.

There is also a manual work-around to just download WURFL mannually....

Yeah but it doesnt tell you where to put the files once downloaded, plus I can't seem to download the patch it just opens in my browser.

Here's a quick list of what I did to manually post the wurfl files (which for those of you, like me who had no idea what a wurfl was, it stands for Wireless Universal Resource File and contains information about the capabilities of the different mobile devices)

-Go to wurfl.sourceforge.net
-Click on Download Latest WURFL File
-Expand the Latest folder
-Choose either the zip file or the tar.gz file depending on which you want to unpack
-Click on the file and download to your local computer
-Go back to the home wurfl sourcefoge page
-You want to download the Web Patch (recognize web browsers). On the PC, you right click and choose Save Link As. Save on your local computer
-Unpack the zip or tar.gz file
-You now have wurfl.xml (about 14M) and web_browser_patch.xml on your local computer.
-FTP these two files up to your site at:
administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/wurfl/data/
-Sign onto your administrator and go to Components->Mobile Joomla->Wurfl
-You should have 2 green oks for wurfl and web_browser_patch.
-Click on Step 2 to create the cache.
