The parameter file /templates/mobile_pda/params.ini is unwritable!

when I go into the template editor to modify any of the mobile joomla templates, they all say The parameter file /templates/mobile_pda/params.ini is unwritable!. when i go into my ftp program, none of those files exist. Can someone help?

Also, there is no way to edit the CSS in the joomla template manager. it doesn't register.

There seems to be some missing or incorrect named files. Same problems here.

For time being we need to edit the files manually.

Would also be nice to put the css and the js in a seperate folder within the template folder.
