Desktop IE renders mobile version

This topic has been discussed a lot, but wondering if there is an update re: timing for a fix.  My desktop IE browser (v8.0.6001.19088) renders my site in mobile mode.  Others running IE 7, (different builds of) 8, and 9 have reported seeing the site in the correct mode so I'm thinking it is a rare issue?  Does anyone have documentation of IE version and build that renders MJ sites in mobile mode?

Disable Mobile-TeraWURFL plugin until next MJ version will be released.
