Mainmenu not working on Android and iPhone

On the website www.nbsvv.nl we use Mobile Joomla. Last time we cannot use the mainmenu on an Android Phone and on an iPhone. We cannot open submenus. This have worked in the beginning. Can somebody tell me what is wrong?

MobileJoomla has never supported expandable menus, because of they may be realized either with the aid of javascript (and many phones has javascript disabled) or with ":hover" css-selector (and phones have no mouse to trigger hover event).
