Lost website after installing and uninstalling Mobile Joomla

Hi - We wanted to test your Mobile Joomla plugin on our website bonnevilleconsulting.com.

We got a blank screen with "Incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla". We thought perhaps your plugin was not compatible so we uninstalled it (plugin, component, modules) as we usually do in this case.

Our website is now stripped of all it design elements!!! - only the text on the home page is left.

What happened and what do you suggest we do to quickly fix this mess?

This issue explained in FAQ. Most likely you should check assignments of all you templates (that is open template settings page, check its menu assignments, and save changes).
