can't install the mobile joomla

I tried everthing...but the zip file i download from u guys is not good and i can't install it...i got time out and error message

JFTP::store: Bad response
Waarschuwing! - Verplaatsen bestand mislukt.
JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
JFTP::chmod: Bad response
Unable to create destination

I upload the zip file with ftp and did the installation again....no succes

Sounds like your hosting provider does not allow you to create necessary directories or files to install Mobile Joomla!
