Smartphone Submenu behavior

main menu: About should have about 9 submenu items but they are not shown
main menu: Championships should have 4 submenu items but they are not shown
main menu: Directory has 4 submenu items and they DO show
main menu: Involvement has 3 submenu items and they DO show

Why would some show and others not show???

Can you tell any significant difference on other properties (e.g. a setting etc.) between those that show and those do not?

nothing that I can see. I turned off my own Sub menus that I created and indeed you are showing the submenus from my Main Menu. I'll have to go thru the individual items and see.

I would be happy to send you a SQL backup of my database if that would help you.
I have some submenus but not others.
I turned off my custom submenus but that does not change anything.
