I tried to use it 4 times unsuccessfully before it ended and ended up paying the full price.

Our discount codes are time limited, so that probably might be the reason why it didn't work. We unfortunately can not reimburse that, however, please do send me a PM

That is NOT the reason why it didn't work If you look at my post you'll see that I started trying to get AND(STILL) purchased the template WELL within the time frame of the discount specified.
