Markupchooser works fine with JA_Purity template but not for some other templates. The links don't show up so you could go back to Mobile Version. I have tested it by changing the template. I use version 0.8.2.
Hi,
Do these other templates have the module position 'footer'? If not, make sure you assign the markup chooser module to right position.

The module position has an other name, so I created a new module mod_mj_markupchooser with an other position in the template and it seems to work now. Thx.
For me the module is ok in the footer, but the desktop link does not work, it always redirect to the mobile site instead of going to the desktop.

Yes I was using subdomains ! the combination of subdomains and cache plugin is just a nightmare for joomla !
