mobile iphone app confused

Hi

I am running mobile joomla on a website, and when I view it on an iphone a small 'install this app then create a link to the home page' message appears. This is not clickable and does not lead to the app.

I have searched the mobile joomla website and the apple app store without success to find the app I am supposed to be installing on my iphone?

Does anyone know where to find it and what it does?
