Modules don't show in Joomla 2.5 module manager

None of the mj_ modules show up in the Joomla 2.5 module manager. I've tried creating new modules to get them to show, but the popup doesn't show the modules, either.

How do I fix this?

Try to reinstall MobileJoomla (over existing version to keep your current settings).
