HTTP 500 Errors Going into Template Manager after MJ Install

I started getting HTTP 500 server errors trying to go into Template Manager after installing Mobile Joomla and the Elegance template -- tried uninstalling -- got errors, but the extensions seemed to be gone.  Still got 500 errors.  Reinstalled.  Still getting errors.  Help!!  

Running Joomla 3.1.1

Disregard -- solved the problem -- unrelated to MobileJoomla.

edgerunner, first of all, check error_log for error message (usually it contains filename and line of the error).
