I cannot renew my subscription for Joomla Club. It is not possible to "submit" once the renewal form is completed. The reason may be a error message about the VAT number (incorrect or not registered). How to get around this?
Yes, Submit button is disabled until all error messages are resolved.

Looks like official VAT number validation service is down now. ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/ displays "Member State service unavailable. Please re-submit your request later." That's why currently VAT number cannot be verified properly. I hope it will be fixed soon.
You are right. The validation site is up now and I could fullfil the payment. However I am not sure if the VAT was deducted.
