HELP WITH EDITING WRITE ACCESS

hello everyone...i use WAMP Server to test my joomla sites on my local computer..when i install the mobile joomla plugin i get the "JFolder::create:Could not create directory Unable to create destination" message...pls where do i edit the access from ,is it from somewhere inside the joomla admin panel or is it from my WAMP server..pls..pls..i need your help...pls explain the details for me step by step

no i dont have the same issue with other extensions....just this one...pls help me out

During install the following directories should be created:

administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla
administrator/modules/mod_mj_adminicon
components/com_mobilejoomla
modules/mod_mj_header
modules/mod_mj_markupchoosermodules/mod_mj_pda_menu
modules/mod_mj_iphone_menu
modules/mod_mj_wap_menu
modules/mod_mj_imode_menu
plugins/mobile
templates/mobile_pdatemplates/mobile_iphonetemplates/mobile_waptemplates/mobile_imode

So, check write access for administrator/components, administrator/modules, components, modules, plugins, templates.

thanks dryabov but my exact question is under where do i create these directories....where should i create them from is it from wamp or somewhere from extensions manager...p.s. i use joomla 1.6....also how do i create them ....pls i can see ure online now...pls reply

What WAMP server do you use?

my WAMP server version is 2.1 and the server configs are APACHE VERSION:2.2.17 PHP VERSION:5.3.5 MYSQL VERSION:5.5.8........pls help
