Error during instalation

I gert this error when trying to install it:

Warning: fopen(/Mobile-Joomla.1.0-RC5.tar.gz) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ilha/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 246.

We have already used it on other sites and this never happened before.
anyone??. please help

Looks like the file wasn't correctly uploaded. Check permissions for joomla's tmp directory and php.ini's settings upload_max_filesize and post_max_size (both should be at least 2Mb).

This is what worked for me:

1. Go to: "Global Configuration"
2. Go to: "Server Settings"
3. My path was set to "/tmp"
I changed to: /home/username/public_html/tmp

I hope this helps others....
